Organized with every two floors dedicated to a different household, the residence balances privacy with opportunities for everyday interaction, creating a harmonious living environment across generations.

The design embraces a Tropical Modern approach, combining clean architectural lines, generous natural light, and a timeless palette of timber, natural stone, and neutral finishes to create warm, enduring interiors. Spatial planning encourages meaningful family connections by reserving bedrooms exclusively for rest, free from distractions such as televisions or entertainment areas.
